Cold Weather & Heat Packs

We are not responsible for cold damage if a heat pack is not added to your order.

Customers in colder regions must check local temperatures before placing an order.
Heat packs only function in temperatures above 30°F. When temperatures fall below 30°F, our tropical plants—accustomed to 70–80°F—are highly vulnerable to cold damage.

Please note:
If temperatures in your area drop below 50°F, you must add a heat pack to your order.

Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
In these cases, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, and we do not issue refunds for plants lost in transit due to address errors.

Plant Condition Upon Arrival

A yellowing leaf is normal and may occur during shipping.
Plants sometimes sacrifice an older leaf to support new growth during transit.

Before any plant leaves our greenhouse, we inspect the roots to ensure they are strong and healthy. With proper care, your plant will continue to grow and produce new leaves.

While we do our best to ensure your plant arrives in the same condition it leaves our greenhouse, minor cosmetic issues (such as a small tear or bend) can happen during shipment.
This is not harmful. If the growth point is undamaged, your plant will recover and continue thriving.

Please remember: these are live plants, and minor imperfections are a natural part of the shipping process.

Order Holds & Combined Shipping

We do not hold orders or combine shipments.
