Welcome to Aroid Greenhouses. We provide products subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

Shipping Policy

Cold Weather, Heat Packs & Insulation

We are not responsible for cold damage if a heat pack and insulation are not added to your order.

Customers in colder regions must check their local temperatures before placing an order.
Heat packs function only in temperatures above 30°F, and our tropical plants—accustomed to 70–80°F—are highly vulnerable below this range.

If temperatures in your area drop below 50°F, both a heat pack and insulation must be included in your order.

Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
In such cases, please contact the carrier directly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address and do not issue refunds for plants lost due to address errors.

Plant Condition Upon Arrival

A yellowing leaf during shipping is normal. Plants may shed an older leaf during transit to support new growth.

Every plant is carefully inspected—including root checks—before shipment to ensure it is healthy and strong. With proper care after arrival, your plant will continue to grow.

Despite careful packaging, minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small tears or bends) may occur during shipment. This does not affect plant health.
As long as the growth point is intact, your plant will recover and thrive.

Please remember that these are live plants, and minor imperfections are a natural part of the shipping process.

Order Holds & Combined Shipping

We do not hold orders or combine shipments.

Return & Refund Policy

Aroid Greenhouses does not accept returns for online wholesale orders.

Damages & Issues

UPS Shipping Damage

If your plant is damaged during UPS shipping, contact UPS immediately.
Refunds related to UPS damage are issued only if the UPS claim is approved.

Additionally, email us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photo proof.

General Order Issues

All claims must be submitted via email within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and address the issue.

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Once tracking shows Delivered, the package is no longer in our control.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping costs (typically non-refundable)

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or returns.
Please ensure your order is correct before submitting it.

Refunds

We will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and inform you if it has been approved.

If approved, we will outline the refund process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

How to File a Claim

All issues must be addressed via email within 24 hours of delivery at: onlineorder@aroidgreenhouses.com

Required photos (must be included):

  • Close-up photos

  • Full-length photos of each individual plant

  • A group photo of the entire order

All sales are final.

Cancellations Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of purchase.

  • We prepare orders on weekends for Monday and Friday shipment, so it is important to notify us early.

  • Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Checkout Policy

Reviewing Your Information

  • During checkout, you will have the opportunity to review all your information before submitting your order.

  • To change your shipping address during checkout, click the “Change” link next to the Shipping Address section on the Review page.

After Checkout Corrections

Order Modifications

  • We cannot combine multiple orders.

  • We cannot add additional items to your order once checkout is complete.

Forgot to Add a Heat Pack?

  • If you forgot to include a heat pack, visit our Heat Pack product page to purchase one separately.

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout so you will not be charged additional shipping.
