I am on your site but don’t see any plants listed?

The Aroid Greenhouses online shop goes live every Thursday at noon EST for Grower’s restock and every Friday at noon EST for our Aroid Restock. It remains open to shop till Saturday at noon EST.

 

What is the difference between your Aroid Restock vs. Grower’s Choice Restock?

Our Aroid restock is the best selection of Aroids that we have ready to go in our Greenhouse. They are unique and one- of- a- kind. Each is carefully selected, inspected, and individually photographed. There are usually about 30-60 plants that go live every Friday at noon EST. This restock also sells out quickly so make sure you are ready 😊

Our Grower’s Choice restock gives you the opportunity to shop without the urgency. These plants are the best we have in stock well stocked and are individually chosen. Some will sell out a little faster than others depending on the demand. They are photographed in threes to give you a sense of what you will be receiving. 

 

Can we see what is listed ahead of time?

Of course! Our Grower’s Restock releases a list on our Instagram story on Wednesday afternoon. As for our Aroid restock, it’s usually posted ahead of time (Thursday afternoon) on our Instagram stories with name, height, pot size and price. 

 

Is the plant pictured the one received?

That is the case for our Aroid Restock but not the case for our Grower’s Choice Restock. In our Grower’s choice we will feature photos of plants from the greenhouses but will not necessarily be the plant you receive. The plant will be very similar to the plant pictured. 

 

I had the plant in my cart, where did it go?

Items are NOT held in your cart. The rarer plants go QUICK. If you are shopping for a specific plant, then we recommend you are on the site at the exact time the site goes live to ensure you purchase the item before it sells out. 

 

Oops! I forgot to add my apartment number to my shipping address. Can you add it?

Of course! Please email us at info@aroidgreenhouses.com and we can make that change for you. It is important that you provide this information right away at least by Sunday morning. So, we have everything we need by the time your plant is shipped.

 

Oops! I forgot to add a heat pack! How can I add one?

You can simply purchase a heat pack that is available on our site at the moment and at checkout select ‘Local Pick-up’. Once purchased we can see it on our end and we'll add it to your order.

 

When will my plant be shipped out?

All plant orders leave our greenhouse Monday or Tuesday following the Thursday and Friday restock. You will receive a shipping confirmation once we’ve created the shipping label from there it depends on the carrier if the order will be scanned at the carrier's facility. 

 

Who do you ship with?

Our shop uses USPS and UPS. Our orders are shipped our Monday and Tuesday and please do not count the day it’s sent out as day in-transit. 

 

Do you combine shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not combine shipping. We have very high volumes and will not be able to combine shipping.

 

Do you do pre -orders or hold plants?

We currently do not provide this option.

 

Is your greenhouse open to the public?

Our greenhouse is closed to the public at this time but we have a wonderful nursery called Perfect Choice Nursery that is located in South Florida! Check it out the instagram @perfectchoicenursery
